Finally Electronic Forms Made Easy

Pros: Based on XML format; part of Office 2003 Professional; easy to use.

Cons: Reporting ability is virtually non-existent.

The Bottom Line: InfoPath 2003's ability to create XML formatted forms guarantees universal acceptance and readability across a broad range of applications, both internal and external to the business.
