I was very impressed. The web site is easy to navigate and ordering was easy. I like that there are reviews of products available from customers which helped my decision. My order arrived very quickly. My only gripe would be an environmental one in that the package arrived in another much larger box which was filled with about 20 plastic air pockets. This cannot be a good use of the world's resources. The whole thing could have come in a much smaller package which surely would save on fuel and transport costs as well. As I say though I can't fault the actual service and product supplied.

Arrived one week after ordering. It would have been a couple of days sooner but they had to source it from a different supplier as their usual one had run out. Very good at keeping me in the picture and offered me a refund if I did not want to proceed with the purchase as it was very slightly late.
