I purchased a Samsung D500 from the Carphone Website, the whole order was processed very easily and the delivery was seamless. I ordered the phone at around 3pm and had it in my hand at 10 am the next morning, it was fully connected and I got a great deal with 10 Months half price line rental. I researched the offer across the internet and Carphone had the best price and no what transpires to be the best service. The only problem I encountered was that the charger stopped working a few weeks after delivery. I called the helpline and they advised me to go to My nearest store - which I did and recieved a brand new charger straight away. They also offered me a deal on my landline calls at home, and I am now getting free evening calls for 12 months. All in all a great service and a professional outfit. Very Impressed and I have recommended already.

I bought a Siemens A50 mobile phone from the Carphone Warehouse and found the hole process to be most refreshing from many that i have had online. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and the goods were delivered at 10am the following morning free of charge! Never had anything come that quick before. The website could be a bit faster but generally a very good web experience.
